To the left of the photograph can be seen the butchers and fish and chip shops and further back the Greyhound Inn.

North End Chapel Harvest Festival - 1987

This wall plaque was originally in the Wesleyan Chapel which was built in 1795 next to where the Village Stores is now in Hallgarth.
It was re-erected in the Wesleyan Chapel on the corner of Sea Dyke Way and Littlefield Lane, which was built in 1868.

The vicar is believed to be Alexander L Routledge who served as vicar at St. Marys Church from 1883 to 1906.

Marshchapel and District Choral Society.
Formed in July 1923, they won many local competitions under the conductorship of Mr. G.E. Wray.
