The house in the centre of the photograph was demolished to make way for a road widening scheme which did not take place.
The people in the picture are :- L-R; Judy Maguire, Gordon Horry, Jill Smith. The lad on the right and the girl at the front are unknown.
The occupants of the early 1960s Vauxhall are also unknown.

Gert Wrights bungalow - Sea Dyke Way, Marshchapel.
On the right hand side when travelling towards Eskham, the new house which replaced it can be seen behind it.

Glencoe, Church Lane, Marshchapel - 1983/4.
This photograph was taken before an additional floor was added to the property.

This was known as "Granny Nicks Cottage".
It was situated at the junction of Sea Dyke Way and North Lane.
Although it wasnt a shop, she would sell you lemonade and crisps at the door.

"Greenleaves", Sea Dyke Lane, Marshchapel.
This house was thought to have been built in 1948, with the extension being built in the 1950s.
The house was home to Mr Henry Mossop, his wife Marjorie and daughters Angela and Heather.
When the family moved to Willow Tree House, "Greenleaves" became a rectory for several years.

This photograph shows the Greyhound Inn (date unknown), but does anyone know what the white sided building is, between the Greyhound and the chapel.
Perhaps it was an outbuilding to the Greyhound.

This photograph of Grove Cottage, off West End Lane, was taken in 1991.
It was demolished in December 2012.
