The Old Post Office in Church Lane, Marshchapel. Just over the entrance can be seen the sign saying "Smiths".
Jim and Nora Smith came to Marshchapel in 1949.
This photograph was taken from a Postcard donated by Ann Frith,
but unfortunately the Postcard was unused and so undated.
The white cottage to the left of the Post Office was demolished, probably some time
in the early 1970's to make way for the entrance to Harpham Road.
